The first ever West Ham United Football Prizes competition was drawn at the start of this month and it was Irons fan, Luke Clayton, who scooped top prize!
Luke, from Kent, was thrilled to see his number randomly generated first as he clinched an item he descirbed as one ‘every West Ham fan would want’.
The prize – a 1980 West Ham shirt, framed and signed by nine legends of the club (Sir Trevor Brooking, Billy Bonds, Ray Stewart, Phil Parkes, Alan Devonshire, Alvin Martin, Paul Allen, Stuart Pearson, David Cross, Frank Lampard Snr And Geoff Pike).
Speaking on the day of winning the prize, he said: “Wow! Thank you so much, I can’t believe I won.”
