From Millwall to Michigan - Congratulations Dustin!

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Last month, Dustin Walter became the first Football Prizes winner from the United States as he won the 2019/20 squad signed shirt from his beloved Millwall.

The Michigan resident  was the eventual winner after his number - 19 - was drawn at random during the live draw.

With 65 numbers in the draw, and three prizes up for grabs, the odds of winning a prize were, as always, very good for all entrants.

However, for Dustin to win the first prize was a 'great surprise' and one he was delighted to share with his fellow Millwall fans over the pond.

Writing on Facebook after receiving the prize, he said: "For those of you guys who haven’t checked out Football Prizes yet, I definitely recommend checking them out!

"The chances of you winning are much better than a lot or other contests/raffles, and a percentage of the money raised goes to charity.

"My 2019-2020 kit has finally arrived!"[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height="12px"][vc_column_text]

My 2019/20 [Millwall signed shirt] has arrived! Thank you so much!

First prize in the Liverpool bundle goes to...Carrie Hickman

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]To celebrate Liverpool winning the Premier League title, here at Football Prizes we hosted our first ever Liverpool competition last month.

With three signed & framed shirts up for grabs, it was Carrie Hickman who won top prize, winning the Trent Alexander-Arnold Shirt.

Bought directly from the Jamie Carragher 23 Foundation, this incredible prize will provide the perfect memento of a historic season for the Anfield club.

In an email sent over after receiving the prize, Carrie wrote: "My Son is absolutely delighted and can’t wait to get it on the wall of his football themed playroom!

"Here he is (pictured above) wearing the Liverpool shirt I won for him on one of your other prize draws a couple of weeks ago."

Well done Carrie![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height="12px"][vc_column_text]

Messi shirt raises £400 for NHS

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]After announcing that Football Prizes will be donating 100% of profits to the NHS, we are delighted to say that we saw a fantastic response in helping to raise funds for such a wonderful cause.

Our first competition to qualify for this was the signed Lionel Messi shirt, with a second place prize also available. Entries were £5 with every penny of profit being donated to the NHS, with winners being announced live on Friday 17th April at the Football Prizes Facebook Page

Google Random Number Generator was used to determine the two winners in the competition with Andy Livingstone winning second prize (his choice of any Premier League or Football League home shirt), while Scott Colliar's lucky number 30 scooped the top award!

In total, £400 was raised for the NHS through this competition![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height="12px"][vc_column_text]

"I entered the draw because I saw it was raising funds for the NHS. To actually win a signed Messi shirt was a huge shock! Thank you so much!" - Scott Colliar, Signed Lionel Messi Barcelona shirt winner

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height="12px"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Second prize in the competition - any Premier League or Football League 2019/20 home shirt - was won by Andrew Livingstone.

The Leeds United fan, who lives in Hereford, chose the shirt of his beloved Elland Road club.

On receiving the prize, he said: "Thanks once again and congrats to the other prize winners! [You're] Top guys for raising money for our NHS heroes."

Football Prizes are delighted to announce that 100% of profits on prizes taking place during lock-down will be donated to the NHS and other local charities (specified clearly in each competition).

After much discussions at FP HQ, we have decided that from the Lionel Messi signed shirt onwards, all profits should go towards these causes.

We believe we are going through unprecedented times, and that everyone needs to come together as one.

So we hope that people will still have the chance to win amazing prizes, and also donate to a good cause at the same time.

This will run throughout the whole of lock down, however long that will last.

After this period we will look to revert back to a % of profits being donated to that individual clubs Foundation.

We thank everyone for their continued support of football prizes through this time.

Another £400 raised for the NHS with thanks to Pele and Gazza!

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Following on from last week's Lionel Messi signed shirt draw, which raised a fantastic £400 for the NHS, we are delighted to announce that this feat has once again been matched with one of our latest competitions!

Up for grabs were a signed Pele Brazil shirt (first place), a signed Paul Gascoigne Euro 96 England shirt (second place) and a third place prize of any Premier League or Football League 2019/20 home shirt.

Our winners were Luca Titolo, Mikel Gatcum and Craig Walton.

Craig, from Sheffield, scooped top prize and was delighted to walk away with a piece of football history!

Speaking on the phone after winning the prize, Craig said: "The fact that all the profits were going to the NHS is what grabbed me at first. I thought, if I lose, at least a fiver is still going to a good cause."

Adding: "I know it sounds strange but I was confident watching the draw. I just had that lucky feeling but was still absolutely ecstatic when I won."[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height="12px"][vc_column_text]
